Happy Birthday Emma aka Party Animal

Emma's second birthday as managed to stretch out over a week. Hmm...sound like her father? Anyhow, it's been really fun.

Sunday, we took her too the NYC Acquariam on Coney Island. Of course, she loved it. They had a seal show (or in her words, arfs). They had walruses. Fish tanks galore. And all in a mangable amount of space. It was great fun. We'll definitely be back there this summer when it's a tad warmer.



And then, the party. Everything went smashingly...and by that I mean, Emma had a blast! And so did all of her friends (Claire shown to the right). We went to a place here in Hoboken called Echo of Art where Emma and friends got to each paint their own tamborines. Too cute!

The biggest surprise was Emma's cake eating. Last year Auntie Anne and I could barely get her touch the cake. This year...well you can see what happened...that red, it's not paint, it's icing!

Fun was had by all!
