The face of Pneumonia

E had a fever this week and a mild cough. But for those who know E, you know that a crazy fever means something big when E is involved. She doesn't do anything without a little flare. And therefore, I wasn't shocked when they told me my child with a seemingly mild cold but a wicked fever had pneumonia.
