Trip to the USS Yorktown Charleston

Well...we got the flu last week. And I mean the stomach kind. So the Durkins were supposed to have a full visit last weekend but it got cut short thanks to the vomit. But since they were still close and on the east coast, we all decided to meet up again in Charleston. Half way point.

What a great adventure. We went and saw the USS Yorktown which G's dad had trained on. And low and behold the exact plane he had done practice training in was there as well. It was a nice afternoon despite the rain.

Note the two captains. I would NOT trust the angry looking one with the shifty eyes. Even if she is only 2.
